Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining a productive long-term relationship with clients

Lead, develop, and ensure project completion

Manage project deliverables, timelines, budgets and resources
-
Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements in the short-term and long-term
-
Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments
-
Adapting and optimizing guidelines of specific clients into project objectives and deliverables
-
Negotiating contracts, promo plans, and innovations
-
Preparing volume forecast and plans
-
Resolve any clients' issues and problems and act as a link between clients and the internal teams.

Work with business and marketing teams to prepare presentations and proposals.

Design marketing strategies suitable to the needs of the client

Write client reports, and communicate client agendas to other staff members.

Monitor budgets, spending, and revenue and explain cost factors to clients.

Possess technical knowledge to oversee the deliverables of the projects.

A proactive self-starter who understands business.

A keen observer of society and trends, specifically among clients’ target audience, and possess financial management skills.

Possess a keen attention to detail such as vital information of clients in crafting the brief and stories that is required.

Multi-project management skills, adhering to timelines

Fluent in English and Khmer

Proven multiple years of experience in media space in either client or agency side
