Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing/digital marketing materials including, but not limited to, advertisements, collateral, signage, electronic brochures and presentations that reflect our clients and partners image, products and events.

  • Partners with operational managers and production departments as part of a project team providing design and conceptualization solutions for deliverables.

  • Maintains familiarity with target demographics and develops an appropriate look and feel for all promotion and event-related collateral.

  • Monitors the progress of all projects, including the maintenance of project files and archives, and provides continuous communication to the Creative Director and/or project team regarding ongoing project and status updates.

  • Executes various aspects of production including, printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, and file manipulation and layout.

  • Understanding basic client marketing problems and developing relevant creative ideas and concepts to solve the problem and meet the brief.

  • Taking the creative brief from the Creative Director and planner and asking relevant questions to better understand the client’s requirements.

  • Articulate and present their ideas to Creative Directors and Senior Creatives

  • Present creative ideas to account teams and client as required.

  • Developing creative presentations and mood board to help bring ideas to life and tell stories.

  • Assist Creative Directors on new business proposals and pitches.

  • Amending and redeveloping ideas after feedback

  • Working with specialist producers

  • Collaborating with a wider team, suppliers and other agencies to achieve the clients’ goals.

  • Attending external locations in order to assist with the creative aspect of production.

  • Attending edits and post-production sessions to oversee the completion of the project.

  • Maintain awareness of up-to-date creative work done by competitors, market and culture trends and development

  • Write stories, create design and layout for different mediums through understanding of the basics of such mediums.

  • Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.  

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant experience in Advertising and Marketing agency preferred, in design, planning, and brand building.

  • Proficiency and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photography, Videography, Branding, Web Design, User Interface Design, Marketing and Advertising Principles

  • Proficient in English and Khmer

  • Project management experiences

  • Highly organized

  • Knowledge of product design and promotional marketing material

  • Knowledge and understanding of product and brand management, segmentation and positioning.

  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

  • Creatively curious

  • Interested in identifying the ins and outs of client briefs.
